  1. If you are suffering from severe acne, and the common treatments are not working that well for you, then it means that it is time to switch to prescription treatments. You  will need to see a dermatologist or doctor in order to get the prescription drugs and treatments for acne.

But in my opinion, there is really no need to go for the prescription drugs to get rid of your acne. My face was once full of acne about 6 years ago and I went to see a doctor for I needed lots of help. I was spending a lot of money as a result.

While prescription treatments can work very wonderfully well for 99% of the cases, there are a few serious problems. You really need to consider these before making your decision to follow a drug therapy that's prescribed by your doctor.

First of all, the cost. The money you need to spend on drugs and antibiotics are a lot compared to natural therapy. We are talking about three hundred dollars every month for the consultation fees and pills and tablets.

Secondly, you will need to be prepared for the potential, risky negative side effects. The side effects of these treatments are generally very severe. For example, when I started taking Accutane to treat my acne, my lips dried and chapped. It got so painful and severe that I had to wear a lip balm to ease the cracking and pain. My face was smooth and acne-free, but till today I still don't think it was a great decision that I had made in the past.

Thirdly, the results are not that sustainable. You want to get rid of acne so that you can have a smooth and flawless skin. And you want to have a gorgeous, clear skin forever. Taking antibiotics and accutane will not do that for you. One in three persons who had taken accutane remained acne free for three years. In other words, 66% of the people who had used Accutane still suffered from acne after the treatment ends.

This is because acne is such a complex skin disorder and can be caused a huge variety of factors.

It is for these reasons that I highly discourage people to use prescription therapy to treat acne. There are plenty of options available to you. Many natural treatments in my opinion can help you achieve a clear skin without any zits and give you a better body and health at the same time.

The truth is that my acne, which was extremely severe, so severe my doctor told me it's the worst he'd seen throughout his long years of practice, was cured using this effective and simple Acnezine Acne Solution system. By using this system, I was able to get rid of acne and clear up my skin in just 2 months!

  2. If you are an adult male who is suffering from acne, then I would like to urge you to take just five minutes to read and understand this article. After reading this article, you should know about the top 5 things to avoid to cure and prevent acne.

Prevention is always better than a cure. If you can prevent any future acne breakout , that means you will never have to worry about acne ever again. You will have a smooth, flawless, zit free skin that you can be proud of.

But that is easier said than done. How do you cure and prevent acne? The truth is, when you follow and apply the tips that I am about to share with you in this article, you should be able to cure your acne for good.

    1. Avoid Thick Shaving Foam

A thick shaving foam almost always contains sodium laurel sulphate or any other similar ingredients that can cause skin irritation. When the skin gets irritated, it gets reddish, itchy and sometimes even painful. It also becomes more prone to an acne breakout.

    2. Products that Create Burning or Stinging Sensations

Products that create over-cooling sensations that are similar to burning or stinging are a common sight in the men's skin care products. Any product that makes your skin turn red should be avoided.

    3. Old Blades

Old shaving blades are not sharp. Sometimes you need to apply excessive force and pressure in order to get the best results. This force is not good for your skin and can worsen your current acne problem. Old blades can also become a great place for the bacterias to stay in. This can usually trigger an acne breakout, which is definitely something you don't want.

    4. Excessive Use of Topical Acne Solutions

A few years back when I was fighting acne, I always tried to use more cream and lotions whenever possible for I thought that the increased amount of cream or lotion could increase the treatment's effectiveness. This is a myth. Too much lotion or cream on your face does not really help your skin to heal quicker. Quite the contrary, excessive medication often causes irritation, swelling, burning and redness on the skin.

    5. Oily Foods

Foods that contain high amounts of fats create a lot of health hazards. For one, they increase the production of testosterone which stimulates the oil glands to produce more oil. This will ultimately clog the pores of your skin and causes the formation of acne to start. Secondly, oily foods burdens your liver and digestive tract. They deteriorate the health and functionality of your body's most important detoxifying organs. Fighting acne for men is a serious problem and if you are serious about curing it then please look at Acnezine Acne Solutions today.

  3. This article is written specifically for one purpose only, and that is to show fellow men the best and most targeted ways to get rid of adult acne. If you feel self conscious about your acne and your skin's condition, make sure you read this article now.

I am sure that the five minutes that you are about to spend reading this article will prove to be very worth it.

Most of us men have suffered from acne for a long period of time during puberty or teenage years. This is due to high levels of testosterone that stimulates the oil glands to produce more oil than necessary and ultimately causes pore blockage.

A blocked pore marks the start of the formation of acne in 100% of the cases.

Even after our teenage years, most of us still find ourselves facing the same old problem - acne, acne and acne! Long gone are the days when acne only affected the teenagers. Now, everyone is prone to acne regardless of age.

To help fellow men to get rid of acne, this article will provide some sound and effective tips that work at least 90 percent of the time based on my personal observation.

    1. Shaving Tips for Men

The existence of zits on your face can pose a real problem when you start shaving. The shaving gel or foam is too irritating to the skin and might worsen your skin's condition. Get a pre-shave skin cleanser to deal with this problem.

    2. Eat Well and Stay Healthy

The cheeseburgers are bad for your health, and your skin. The same goes for junk food. Midnight snacks, crackers, oily foods and high fat dairy products are generally bad for your skin. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Most of my friends simply don't eat enough greens and fruits. Fruits and vegetables contain high amounts of fibers that can help remove excess toxins from your body. Not to mention their high nutrient levels that can directly improve your skin's appearance and your body's immune system.

    3. Get Active, Sweat More

As a man in the modern days, we should start getting active and stop relying on other devices to get things done. If you can find some time to workout during the day, then good for you! No time? Just find ways to stay active.

An active lifestyle promotes detoxification, general health and immune system. This all can help you achieve a clear skin fast.

    4. High Stress Lifestyle No More

Stress is inevitable in life for all of us. For the working men, we are under heavy stress! Stress is a very bad thing for our health. It is almost poisonous when it too heavy to handle. Make sure you take some time to relax your mind, body and soul everyday! This is important for stress can actually directly trigger an acne breakout.

If you are not happy about how your face appears now, and want to get a acne-free skin fast, then you must take prompt action today. You probably bought every available acne product on the market and still are not filled. But don't feel defeated.

There is still hope. A natural spot gel that works. Click here to get started now.

  4. I don't know what is worse living with acne or having marks on your skin left behind by acne. Acne blemish treatment can be found in many websites but finding the right product can be difficult. Many suffers are looking forward to clearing away the spots and marks from any place they feel it will work. Most people imagine having a bright clean skin than the reality of red marks and scars all around their body. You don't have to dream anymore because there is a way to clear your skin.

Many people with acne are careful and wash their face while trying to free themselves from dirt or bacteria, which could further cause pain, but it seems to be not working. Most women try using make-up to hide their marks. The way to look natural is to match the color of the spots with the cosmetic to blend with the skin. This method would be next best to acne blemish treatment.

You will get use to it until something better comes along. A minor inconvenience of wearing make-up every time you go out is far less painful than feeling insecure out in public. The only way you will know more about which cosmetic will work best for you is by talking to your friends who are going through the same problem. When you feel good about the way you look, you will feel much more confident about yourself. When you feel better you can do anything you want.

You will be surprised to know that the way you look is determined by the way you act. We need to feel good about ourselves before we can do anything productive daily. Our skin is the number one means to success or failure. We need to keep it looking good and healthy to be successful. When you look good you will treat others well, when look bad you will treat others badly. This is the reason why you need to find the right acne blemish treatment for you.

You can use acne blemish treatment or other similar treatment but make sure the solution is to make you feel good. When you start using it regularly, you will notice how easy it is to use while it will take less and less a time to apply as you continue to wear it. Don't get too comfortable with your concealed because you have to find a permanent acne blemish treatment.

If you struggle with your skin, and your current routine isn't working, then try acne solutions to help you. You are just few steps away from healthy looking skin. There are secret simple few steps you can do to clear your skin.

  5. Acne is such an aggravating problem to have, it feels nice to believe that if you just fix one thing, it will cure the whole thing. Many people look to stress for this cure-all, partly because it is one thing and partly because you can't entirely be blamed for being stressed. It takes the responsibility for having acne out of your hands and makes it easier to deal with. There's nothing wrong with that, but stress is not necessarily the culprit you're looking for.

Many people think that stress and acne are related. This is because acne can have a hormonal component, and high stress also has an effect on hormones. However, any effect stress might have on acne is far less powerful than what you can do to counteract it. Your daily regimen and other ways of dealing with acne will overcome any slight bobbles that stress might cause. Don't let stress get you down; getting overly concerned about being stressed will, unfortunately, make you even more stressed! You're much better off focusing your energy on things you can control, like how you wash your face and how much time you spend in the sunlight and so on.

While acne might have a stress-related component, it is hardly the fix-all that some are looking for. However, it never feels good to be stressed. Here are a few strategies for coping with stress.

    Relax

If you're able, get away from the stress-inducing thing that is raising your blood-pressure and do something that relaxes you. This might be taking a bubble-bath or going for a walk or listening to music or talking to friends. Figure out what it is that helps you and do that.

    Laugh

It's always possible to get away from a stressful situation. It can be helpful to find something funny in whatever is stressing out, or think of a joke. Laughing is very good for the body, not just emotionally but physically too.

    Exercise

If your body is constantly tensing up, some hard work might help it let go of the tension it's holding. Jog or walk briskly, punch a bag at a gym, do aerobics, dance, bike, swim, or some other activity that makes you sweat. When your body is busy doing something difficult and maybe a little complicated, your mind will be able to shut off, and you'll sleep better afterward.

    Breathe

In the middle of stressful situations where you can't get away to exercise or relax or find anything humorous, try taking deep breaths. Imagine filling the bottom of your lungs, and feel your abdomen move in and out with your breath. Even just a few deep breaths can settle your heart, and your body will be more oxygenated and feel much better for the brief attention.

  6. Acne! Who has not gone through the nightmare at least once in life? I still remember my adolescent years; coping with this highly bothersome problem of painful pimples all over the face and some parts of the body too.

Acne is one of the most common skin disorders that afflicts scars and then disfigures your appearance. The worst part is that, owing to its intricate relation with our sexual hormones, diet and stress; acne can affect almost any one and every one. The bad news is that it usually chooses to come in repeated or periodical attacks too.

Needless to say, I had to spend quite a lot of time scouring the internet in the hope of finding some effective solutions for acne. Finally I did come across a product called Revitol Acnezine.

What caught my attention was the fact that this particular anti acne product had 2 components. An internal medication which obviously needed to be consumed and an external cream for application to the acne affected skin. Wow- this is really going to work! I felt that Acnezine would certainly work because all the products I had used until then, only had external creams and lotions, which never had any remarkable effect on the Acne.

Acne cannot be treated by external creams alone. The problem lies beneath the skin, deep inside your circulation and is related to the release of unwanted waste products from the body.

So I resolved to give Acnezine a fair trial before I could recommend it to others suffering similarly from acne and the scars. Well, since I am not here to encourage you in to buying any ineffective anti acne product; I must give you my honest review.

I consumed the Acnezine capsule, 1 daily before my meal for almost a month. I was expecting great results, but actually nothing ‘great’ happened. But I need to say that I did notice a slight reduction in the number of pimples.

I was determined to try it for some more time, and luckily I had some patience. After about 3 months of usage, I started noticing marked improvement in my acne. Actually I even gorged on my pastries once during the 3rd month after using Acnezine. But mind you, I never over indulged, because I very well know that rich food can trigger off attacks of acne. The best part was that this time, the pastries did not set off my painful torture like every time in the past.

I continued to use Acnezine for 6 months, so as to help my system get all the unwanted stuff and toxins out for good. And sure to say, I am quite pleased with the results. Would you believe it? My skin looks a lot smoother and most of the horrible scars have also disappeared. That is when I thought to share this wonderful anti acne product – Revitol Acnezine with as many people I could.

Revitol Acnezine is a natural health supplement that works more on the circulation and the excretion of unwanted toxins from the body. It contains herbal ingredients and lots of natural antioxidants.

Antioxidants are wonderful neutralizers of toxic and poisonous material in the body. These antioxidants not only help in strengthening the immune system but also help in keeping the skin look young due to their effect over the aging process. Acnezine is a perfect blend of nature and science, aimed perfectly at acne removal.

My conclusions after using Revitol Acnezine:

    Pros
    • Excellent dual approach to dealing with acne. An internal medication is also included in the package which is highly vital for treating acne permanently
    • No chemicals stuffed in to the capsules. The Acnezine capsules contain only vitamins, and antioxidants which help in natural regeneration of healthy skin
    • No side effects because there are no medications as such, only helpful ingredients that any normal person can use. As is with any medical product or even vitamins for that matter, pregnant women and people already using other medications need to take physician’s counsel, before they use this product
    • Easy dosage – once a day

    Cons:
    • You need to give the product some time before you begin to see remarkable results.
    • Some people do complain of vague symptoms like tiredness and a slight increase in the acne breakouts. But these are actually a boon in disguise, because they only confirm that your system is being detoxed thoroughly.

My take on Revitol AcnezineBuy it, if you really have trouble some acne and are looking for an effective anti acne product that really WORKS!

Cure Acne From the Inside Out

  7. If you are looking for effective solutions for your acne problem, then what’s going to be discussed on this page is going to get you right on the road to an acne-free skin wherever it is around your body. Generally, there are three simple things that you need to do in order to achieve that goal. Specifically, they can be summarized with three words: decision, elimination and accumulation. They are going to be expounded upon one by one in the following paragraphs.

    Decision

The first thing that you need to do is decision making on what type of acne you are having, what has caused it and how you are going to do with it. There are many aspects that acne can be related to, such as what you eat everyday or occasionally and your lifestyle. Are you getting enough sleep everyday? Do you drink enough water everyday? Do you work out on a regular basis? Many people reported that they experience acne breakouts right after they eat some chocolate. Although this is not proven, you can find it out by elimination.

    Elimination

As mentioned earlier, elimination can be applied to find out what food is the cause of your acne breakouts or flare-ups. It can also be applied in other aspects such as the acne solutions that you want to select and what foods you are not going to take into your daily diet. There are hundreds of options of acne treatments available to you. What you need to do now is to make a decision on which route to take. Do you prefer over the counter medications or natural acne solutions? Are you willing to remove the junk food that you have loved from your diet? Will you start with exercises or diets or both? After making the elimination, it’s time for you to accumulate your results.

    Accumulation

To explain this, let’s take the diets as an example. If you are not sure if chocolate is the cause of your acne breakouts, why not start with reducing the amount that you intake? After a week or two when you find out that it matters to your skin conditions, it may be time for you to accumulate the positive effect by eliminating it completely from your daily diet portfolio. Then from now on, you might want to include healthy foods, like fresh vegetables, into your meals.

After you have made up your mind of taking the natural acne solutions, it’s time for you to learn more about what you can do to make them work.

  8. Why Does My Acne Turn Red

This Article is To Inform and Educate on The Use and Application of Benzoyl Peroxide

This medication is used to treat mild to moderate acne. It may be used in combination with other acne treatments. When applied to the skin, benzoyl peroxide works by reducing the amount of acne-causing bacteria and by causing the skin to dry and peel.

How to use Benzoyl Peroxide Top

There are many benzoyl peroxide products available. Many can be purchased without a prescription. Some products (such as cleansers or lotions) may require a prescription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of the product that is best for you. Some products require shaking before use. Check your product package to see if your form of this medication needs to be shaken.

Apply benzoyl peroxide to the areas of your skin affected by acne. Avoid getting this medication into your eyes, inside your nose or mouth, or on any areas of broken skin since it may cause irritation. If this occurs, flush the area with plenty of water. Benzoyl peroxide may bleach hair or fabrics. Use carefully, and avoid contact with hair, clothing, and furnishings.

If using cleansers containing benzoyl peroxide, wet the affected area. Gently rub the cleanser into the skin for 10-20 seconds. Work into a full lather and rinse thoroughly and then pat dry. If too much drying occurs, you may need to rinse the cleanser off sooner or use it less often. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for further details.

If you are using the liquid wash or cleanser bar, use it instead of soap once or twice a day. Wet the skin before applying, gently work up a lather for 10 to 20 seconds, and rinse thoroughly. Do not scrub the skin.

If using the shaving cream, first wet the area to be shaved. Apply a small amount of the medication, gently rub into the area, and then shave.

If you are using a cream, lotion, or gel, apply it to the affected area usually once or twice a day. Before applying each dose, gently wash the affected area with a mild cleanser, then pat dry. Apply a small amount of medicine to the affected area and rub in gently.

If you are using the medicated pads or sponges, wash the affected skin with a mild cleanser, then pat dry. Wipe the pad or sponge gently onto the skin to apply the medication, usually once or twice a day to the skin as directed.

Dosage is based on your medical condition and response to therapy. Improvement in acne is usually seen after 3 weeks of use, and maximum benefit after 8-12 weeks of use.

Use this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same time(s) each day.

Inform your doctor if your condition persists or worsens.

Do not use a  Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic and will not help to heal your skin. In fact it can actually stop skin cell regrowth slowing down considerably the healing time. With respect to Baking Soda and Toothpaste this is not recommended. Baking Soda is for baking and toothpaste is for teeth. Otherwise they would be called Acne Soda and Acne Paste wouldn’t they?   The fluoride and other chemicals found in most toothpaste can actually harm the skin.  It can cause the skin to turn red with a rash and may also infect pimples making the condition much worse.                                                American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends benzoyl peroxide as the first-line treatment for acne. Benzoyl peroxide is available without a prescription and comes in lotions, creams, gels, face washes and many other forms. It also comes in different strengths such as 2.5%, 5% and 10%, so look at the package carefully when buying a product.

Tips on using benzoyl peroxide from the AAP:

    • Start off slowly. Use a 5% lotion only once a day. If after a week the skin isn’t red or peeling, try using it twice a day.
    • Apply a thin layer of the lotion over the entire affected area. Avoid the skin around the eyes.
    • If the acne doesn’t improve after four to six weeks, try a 10% lotion or gel. Use it once a day for a week, then try twice a day if the skin isn’t irritated.

There are other products that contain other medications such as salicylic acid, resorcinol and sulfur that might improve acne. Like with all over-the-counter medications, if there are any questions or concerns about their use, contact your primary care provider. See our Post , How To Clear Your Skin From The Inside Out
