How do you ship the product?

We ship all orders USPS first class mail. All packages are discreetly shipped with no indication of what the product is inside.

How long does it take to recieve our products?

Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking number to appear in our system. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. Our standard ground shipping takes 3-10 business days for the continental United States,7-21 for International orders. We ship all USA domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Are there any alternative ordering methods besides using a credit card?

You can order our products with the 4 major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card). You can also pay us by sending a money order or cashiers check and PayPal.
